CCM 2012 Meet Timeline
8:00 a.m. Warm-ups start – 3 groups of warm-ups/25 minutes each
8:50 a.m. *Volunteer meetings (timers, stroke & turn judges, runners,
kid pushers, thirst quenchers)
9:15 a.m. Clear the pool/announcements/anthem/etc.
9:30 a.m. Morning Session starts
1:00 p.m. Morning Session ends
1:30 p.m. Afternoon warm-ups start - 2 groups /25 minutes each.
1:50 p.m. *Volunteer meetings (timers, stroke & turn judges,
runners, kid pushers, thirst quenchers)
2:20 p.m. Clear the pool/Announcements
2:30 p.m. Afternoon session starts
6:00 p.m. Afternoon session ends
6:30-ish Meet awards
7:30 p.m. CCM complete
*Stroke
& Turn Judges will meet with Meet Officials at front of club near baby
pool.
*Kid
Pushers will meet at the back of the club, on the field at the Clerk of Course
tent.
*Thirst
Quenchers will meet at the front of the club at the concession stand.
