Schedule For the Day

CCM 2012 Meet Timeline

8:00 a.m. Warm-ups start – 3 groups of warm-ups/25 minutes each

8:50 a.m. *Volunteer meetings (timers, stroke & turn judges, runners, kid pushers, thirst quenchers)

9:15 a.m. Clear the pool/announcements/anthem/etc.

9:30 a.m. Morning Session starts

1:00 p.m. Morning Session ends

1:30 p.m. Afternoon warm-ups start - 2 groups /25 minutes each.

1:50 p.m. *Volunteer meetings (timers, stroke & turn judges, runners, kid pushers, thirst quenchers)

2:20 p.m. Clear the pool/Announcements

2:30 p.m. Afternoon session starts

6:00 p.m. Afternoon session ends

6:30-ish  Meet awards

7:30 p.m. CCM complete

*Stroke & Turn Judges will meet with Meet Officials at front of club near baby pool.

*Timers and Runners will meet at the Staging Tent near the diving well.

*Kid Pushers will meet at the back of the club, on the field at the Clerk of Course tent.

*Thirst Quenchers will meet at the front of the club at the concession stand.

ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE (E.G. WEATHER, EQUIPMENT, ETC)

Pre-Meet Meeting

We are having a pre-meet meeting Sunday at Scottish Hills.  We will go over important information like volunteer assignments, parking, etc..

Please send one representative for your team to the meeting.  Getting this information out and answering questions helps the swim meet run on time.

Please look for an email with the Cary City Invitational Swim Meet registration packet information (including the Team Manager entry file) this weekend.  


The deadline for registration has been extended to July 2nd - but earlier is better and much appreciated. 

If I am able I will also post the Team Manager Entry File on this blogsite too!
